About This Event

Join us for an Earth Wisdom Walk - a facilitated walk in nature that allows you to slow down, tune in, shift consciousness, and receive the wisdom and guidance that your soul needs. This is not just a walk, it is a ceremony! When we connect with nature as a mirror for the “self” we are creating space to be with Nature, inner and outer; to walk the land with spirit as your guide.

By slowing down and tuning into nature, participants can open themselves up to receiving guidance and insights that may not be readily apparent in their everyday lives. The idea of nature serving as a mirror for the self is powerful, suggesting that by immersing oneself in the natural world, one can gain clarity and perspective on their own inner workings and challenges.

The focus on contemplation rather than achievement encourages participants to let go of the need to constantly be doing and instead embrace the present moment fully. This shift in mindset can be incredibly freeing and allow for a deeper level of connection with oneself and the world around them.

What differentiates this walk is your intent and is an invitation to explore your relationship to what you are needing at this moment in your life to find guidance for a specific problem, challenge or question you're facing.

During Earth Wisdom Walks, Vanessa Ann will offer basic teachings on walking as ceremony , nature as an oracle and lead opening and closing ceremonies. Krista will guide grounding breathwork and offer accessible movement before and after walk.

Meet your guides:

Vanessa Ann – is an elemental ritualist, claircognizant spirit diviner, astrologer, spiritual educator and a co-founder of the Divine Wellness Collective.

Her offerings are a magical blending of ritual, divination, astrology, and spiritual education focused on a belief in animism, recognizing the inherent spirit within all beings and within the land itself. This perspective infuses her offerings with a deep reverence for nature and the inter-connectivities of all living things. Through her on-going work as an elemental ritualist, she seeks to honor the sacredness of the elements through ceremony to facilitate healing, transformation, and the spiritual growth of herself and her community.

Krista – is a certified movement and wellness educator who emphasized empathy and mindfulness in her teachings. With a background in dance, yoga, and Pilates, she guides her students to discover the transformative power of movement while fostering compassion and mindfulness. Through her holistic approach, Krista helps individuals find balance and connection in their everyday lives.

Vanessa Ann and Krista both live and work in the city of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, Canada, on the traditional lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples.
