All services and products are final sale. We will work to the best of our ability to make sure products are packaged well and arrive undamaged however shipping practices are out of our control.
24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for Appointments. Divine Wellness Collective requires 24 hours notice by phone or email to cancel a session. The time has been committed and held for you. Fair notice allows us to fill the spot with another customer. If 24 hours notice is not given you will not receive a refund.

Event/Class registration are non-refundable. Each event/class is based on the number of spots sold. If you are unable to attend a live class most classes will be available by video or audio recording after. Events cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled.

Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemised in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

Divine Wellness Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim with the courier directly. If items arrive damaged you must file a claim with the courier directly. The courier assumes responsibility for the package once they pick it up from us.

DWC is not responsible for packages that have wrong, incomplete or insufficient addresses, phone numbers, or emails provided to us by the customer during check out. You must file a claim with the courier if you have not received items marked as "Delivered."
