Chakras helps you balance the energy centres of your body allowing energy to flow freely to energize you. Each of us has 7 main chakras and once opened, they benefit all aspects one's life. In this session Reiki energy healing and crystals are used to identify any blockages in order to open them up and bring them into harmony. Once your energy flows freely through the chakras you will be grounded, peaceful, confident and open to spirit.
